At Blueaba, we are dedicated to ensuring every order from blueaba.com reaches you safely, quickly, and with the utmost care. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver all orders placed through our online store.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within one business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed at every step so you know when your order is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, carrier workload, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

Blueaba ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • A direct link to track your order in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier receives your package. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks your order as “Delivered.”

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or missing:

  1. Confirm the shipping address provided during checkout is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who might have accepted the package.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the issue persists, contact us at support@blueaba.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist as best we can. For stolen packages, filing a claim directly with the carrier is recommended. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we will guide you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you promptly. You may:

  • Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)

  • Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs)

Multiple Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.
