Order Policy

At Blueaba, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every order is handled with care and precision. If something doesn’t go as planned, our team is ready to resolve it quickly and fairly, with your satisfaction as our top priority.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please verify all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before checkout.

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• To request a cancellation, email support@blueaba.com with your order number for faster processing.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for size or color changes. If you made a mistake, you may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.

Returns & Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Eligible for return if:

• Item arrived damaged or defective

• Wrong product was sent

• Product differs significantly from online description

Not eligible for return if:

• Item has been used, washed, or altered

• Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)

• Missing original tags or packaging

• Damage not caused by Blueaba

How to Request a Refund
Email support@blueaba.com with:

• Order number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• Proof of purchase

• Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

Refunds include the original shipping charges. If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, contact your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Return window: 120 days from delivery

• Return shipping costs: Customer responsibility, unless caused by Blueaba

• Blueaba is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
